Quote from the Artist “A hare and a pointer locked in a battle of wits”
The photograph above where they are being constructed, shows the size of the two wooden animals. They were positioned on a slope across a small stream from one another. As I don’t have any maps old enough I don’t know where in the forest they were sited. The photograph below, which is from the archive display in the Yan shows the artwork in place albeit in bad quality. It went prior to 1987.
