This book is an official publication which goes into detail about the sculpture project and contains photographs of a selection of the sculptures with text from the artists.

This book is also an official publication, which as it was created 5 years after the first, contains mostly different sculptures. This one also shows artists in the process of creation.
A Sense of Place Sculpture In Landscape
Edited by Peter Davies & Tony Knipe – 1984
This book was written in 1984 and so features the very earliest sculptures in the forest. The first part of the book contains articles about sculpture in the landscape. The second half concerns itself with Grizedale.

Grizedale Arts, Adding Complexity to Confusion

This book details the changing face of Grizedale when Adam Sutherland took over as Director and created Grizedale Arts. It is a difficult read, it does mention some sculptures from the time amongst a lot of other text.
Panayiotis Kalorkoti: Reflections of Grizedale
1995
This book is unique in that it features drawings of the sculptures of the 80s to mid 90s done by a separate artist. Commissioned twice and a resident artist the third time, this book features work from all three periods and was produced to coincide with an exhibition in the gallery.

The Andy Goldsworthy Project
