The most recent bench by Nigel Ross in the forest is sited in the position his previous work Oak Wave Seat once sat. With great views across the valley, it over looks the Visitor Centre from the Silurian Way on Carron Crag. Carved from fallen oak, it was commissioned by Chris Harrison in loving memory of his wife Anne, it contains the beautiful inscription “The Joy you gave us lives on & on”.
