This sculpture was listed as Forest Denizen between 1993 & 1997 maps, yet prior to and subsequently is known as Red Sandstone Fox. It must have been climbed on by thousands of people. Part of the Grizedale Tarn trail, it’s impossible to miss. It hasn’t changed at all in nearly 3 decades, it’s not even got any moss on it.
