Quote from the Artist: “The spores take on a sense of ambiguity, what they are is not obvious, but they have a sense of belonging to the forest, organic forms that meander… through the trees tracing an old pathway.”

Inspired by her work on Some Fern Kerry made giant spores which were placed on the very steep path that leads off the high road on the Ridding wood trail. Removed in 2011 when pretty much everything was taken from the trail, due to a grant for the installation of Clockwork Forest. Supposedly 1 spore was still remaining in 2014.
